Pandemic Prophecies
I hear rumours (predictions?) of a new lockdown and some of these have come from Miri Anne who is something of a pandemic prophet; she wrote a blog post six months before COVID predicting exactly what would happen.
I don't know what to make of it, and I'm struggling to think people would really tolerate it happening all over again. But then again I struggled to understand how so many went along with it in the first place.
But here's the thing, if it's not another pandemic, it will be something else, whether the 'climate crisis' or alien invasions, or whatever is twisted to elicit more top down control of the people.
And whatever it is, however it serves some elite agenda, it serves a deeper agenda still. Because until people's complacency is truly shaken, they will not see the evil in the world, they will not see that so many of our so-called leaders are in fact Satan's minions.
And until this is realised, people will not see that God is real. He wrote about the plots and the schemes of the rich and powerful to warn us, even though many Christians call such plans 'conspiracy theory.'
‘Why do the nations rage
and the peoples plot in vain?
The kings of the earth set themselves,
and the rulers take counsel together,
against the LORD and against his Anointed, saying,
“Let us burst their bonds apart
and cast away their cords from us.”
He who sits in the heavens laughs;
the Lord holds them in derision.
Then he will speak to them in his wrath,
and terrify them in his fury, saying,
“As for me, I have set my King
on Zion, my holy hill.”
I will tell of the decree:
The LORD said to me, “You are my Son;
today I have begotten you.
Ask of me, and I will make the nations your heritage,
and the ends of the earth your possession.
You shall break them with a rod of iron
and dash them in pieces like a potter’s vessel.”
Now therefore, O kings, be wise;
be warned, O rulers of the earth.
Serve the LORD with fear,
and rejoice with trembling.
Kiss the Son,
lest he be angry, and you perish in the way,
for his wrath is quickly kindled.
Blessed are all who take refuge in him.’ - Psalm 2
These words come from the old Testament, and even the most staunch Bible critics acknowledge it was written before Jesus was born, and yet it prophesises God’s son coming to earth to set things right.
Whatever the rulers have planned, whatever unfolds, God uses it all for good so that you might seek him.
I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.” - John 16.33
