You think because you are allowed in you have freedom?
No you have given the key to your body to the government
A flick of a switch it is nine months, six months, four months
a timer counting down to a shrill alarm,
when you are called again.
Perhaps because you are good and trusting you do not see that there are people on this planet who are not like you,
not like you at all.
They are not the kind of people you want to give that key to
the key to your body, mind and soul,
to do as they wish with the flick of a switch,
the press of a button to decide if you will be green today or red.
In the height of the lockdown I dreamed I was walking in the green zone, a forest of trees.
Real freedom lies outside their system
And there are many of us there building and connecting and growing,
a world in which they keys to our bodies are retained within our hearts
